Journey with Words | Poetry night under the stars on our yoga deck.

Come and spend a night under the stars with Adam, one of our own students, and enjoy some chai, poetry, storytelling and medicine drumming. Listen to an eclectic mix of social commentary and world travel. Adams poetry is a reflection through the gift of Kundalini yoga and yoga lifestyle in general. With the right hand brain symphony, he put pen to paper and has written a collection of different genres of poems. Adam is a builder, has been in the building industry for 30 years and has been practicing yoga for over 20. He still gets amazed by the body and mind connection after a class. Adam also gets inspired by his wife and two daughters, who are embedded in the creative arts.
