We’re headed back to Kerela, South India for another rejuvenating ayurveda retreat. A wonderful time to recharge your batteries, enliven and rejuvenate our after the summer months. Friends from the Northern Hemisphere are also welcomed to join us on the rejuvenating retreat as a way of recharging and rejuvenating your batteries before you hit the Summertime. Come and experience the culture, Ayurvedic gourmet food, profound and healing Ayuvedic treatments and the loving energy of Mother India.
We will stay at a luxurious 5-star hotel resort on the Arabian Sea and enjoy all the amenities on offer but we are there for the 2 weeks to experience the most amazing Ayurvedic protocols on offer for us which is Rejuvenation, Purification Therapy and Body immunisation therapy. Judes has over 20 years experience teaching, studying and travelling around India and for her, this is hands down the most effective Ayurvedic resort she has experienced in her time and the results she has experienced is second to none. We will have our own Ayurvedic doctor, Dr Sanooj will provide you with a recommendation and create a personalised program based on what you require and the executive Chef of our resort who oversees that our meals are clean and meet all the Ayurvedic requirements for us.
What is included:
- 15 nights shared or single accommodation in 5-star beach resort on the Arabian Sea
- 3 delicious Ayurvedic meals per day
- 14 x 90 minute daily Ayurvedic treatments, Ayurvedic herbs in Ayurvedic centre
- 1 x Fire ceremony at local temple, pujas, sacred rituals and visit to Shiva and Ganesha temple.
- Airport transfers to and from hotel
- Yoga, meditation and yin yoga practices with Judes and so many other local experiences that are available to you.

What is not included:
- Airfares, visas, temple entrys, Puja ceremonies, ferry, optional sightseeing, custom fees, travel insurance (required), transportation to Temples, temple pujas, tips, Vedic astrology readings, anything not listed above in the inclusions.

Only 12 rooms available, to secure your room and early bird rate $550 non-refundable deposit and all balances are to be paid in full 90 days before event or the balance will be automatically charged to the credit card you used to pay the non refundable deposit.
Day 1 - March 25th Arrive check into hotel. Most flights from Australia will arrive into TRV around 11pm, Airport transfer included
Day 2 - March 26th. Our first day of phenomenal Ayurvedic treatments. Complete Ayurveda forms, see Dr for consultation can start treatments. BF, lunch and Dinner included. Meet 5pm for opening circle.
Day 3 - Day 14 Daily Ayurvedic treatments, all meals included and yoga practices with Judes.
There are also optional Kalari practices, shopping trips into town and temple visits. We will also have an Ayurvedic talk Q&A with Dr Sanooj as well as a cooking lesson and demonstration with the executive Chef.
Day 15 Ayurvedic treatments, all meals included, closing circle in evening and farewell dinner.
Day 16 LAST DAY check out and airport transfer to TRV included.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds (not including the deposit and payment fees) will be given up to November 30th 2026 | December 1st - 30th 2026,: 50% refund will be given, minus non refundable deposit and payment fees. After Jan 1st 2026 , no refunds will be given unless spot is replaced.
