we love first timers!
Have you ever said to yourself you can’t practice yoga as you’re not flexible enough? Guess what, that is a myth! You don’t have to be flexible to practice yoga at all! In fact, if you are not flexible – you are in good company and good hands at with Judes! We believe in a balanced body and that means strength and flexibility combined. Plus, no matter your level of experience, it’s not about what it looks like, it’s about how it feels. Judes teaches privates, 1 on 1 or small groups up to 6 people at a time.
PRIVATE SESSIONS | CORPORATE YOGA LESSONS: Cultivating Individual and Organizational Wellbeing
Our private and corporate yoga sessions cater to those seeking a more focused and tailored approach to wellbeing. Whether you're an individual or a business, these specialized classes offer a unique opportunity to address specific needs and goals.
For Professionals:
One-on-one yoga provides in-depth guidance on technique, supports recovery from injuries, and optimizes your body's energetic and functional alignment. These sessions can be customized to incorporate breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and restorative practices like Yin Yoga, allowing you to explore these dimensions more deeply. We recognize that each body is unique, these smaller settings allow for precise alignment cues and modifications that may not be feasible in larger group classes. This focused attention accelerates your understanding of your own body's nuances, empowering you to adapt your practice for greater safety and effectiveness in any yoga environment. Investing in private sessions provides you with valuable tools for a sustainable and enriching personal practice.
For Corporations:
Corporate yoga offers a practical and impactful way to support employee wellbeing. These tailored classes can be designed to address common workplace stressors, promote physical health and flexibility, enhance focus and concentration, and foster a greater sense of team connection. By bringing yoga into the workplace, you provide accessible tools for stress management, improved posture, and increased energy levels. These benefits contribute to a more engaged, productive, and resilient workforce.
Our Approach:
Led by Judes, a highly experienced and registered yoga teacher (over 19,000 documented teaching hours with Yoga Alliance Australia and Yoga Australia) who has been teaching full-time since 2005, our private and corporate sessions are grounded in extensive knowledge and a commitment to individual needs.
