kriyas teacher training
We’re offering a level 1 and level 2 Himalayan Kriyas teacher training on the beautiful Gold Coast, Qld. An integrative teacher training that includes Himalayan Kriyas Breathwork, pranayamas direct from the yog-vedantic tradition as well as practices to integrate these sublime ancient teaching into your existing teaching skills. You will learn how to to weave the kriyas into your practice so that you can teach from ab embodied flow to that your students on a journey to get to know them. If you do not have a 200 hr teacher training certification already, you are welcome to join the training, however you will not be able to teach Kriyas as a stand alone certification, a yoga teaching requirement to have a minimum 200 hour certification. This is to have honour and respect for these ancient timeless teachings.
