October INDIA RETREAT 2025!

COme join us in India October 2025 for our INDIA REJUVENATION RETREAT.

Spring Equinox Rejuvenation retreat | October 16th – October 26th | 11 days and 10 nights.

Well we had so much fun earlier this year that some of us are going back as it was so good and you are invited to come join us too! We’re headed back to Kerela, South India for another rejuvenating ayurveda retreat. A wonderful time to recharge your batteries as we begin our Spring time journey in the Southern Hemisphere. A was to enliven and rejuvenate our batteries before the summer months. Friends from the Northern Hemisphere are also welcomed to join us on the rejuvenating retreat as a way of recharging and rejuvenating your batteries before you hit the Winter months. Come and experience the culture, Ayurvedic gourmet food, Ayuvedic treatments and the healing energy of Mother India.

We will stay at a luxurious 5-star hotel resort on the beach and enjoying all the amenities on offer including their daily Ayurvedic treatments. The Ayurvedic treatments on offer for us are: Rejenation, Purification Therapy and Body immunisation therapy. Our own Ayurvedic doctor, Dr Sanooj will provide you with a recommendation and create a personalised program based on what you require.

What is included:

- 10 nights shared accommodation in 5-star beach resort
- 3 delicious Ayurvedic meals per day
- 10 x 90 minute Ayurvedic treatments in Ayurvedic centre
- 1 x Fire ceremony at local temple, pujas, sacred rituals,
- Airport transfers to and from hotel
- Yoga, meditation and yin yoga practices with Judes and so many local experiences that are available to you.

Optional at additional costs: $300 per person

- 5 days kalari practice at CVN Kalari and includes transportation and initiation into CVN Kalari.

What is not included:

- Airfares, visas, temple entrys, ferry, custom fees, travel insurance (required), transportation to Temples, temple pujas tips, Vedic astrology readings, anything not listed above in the inclusions.

Day 1 - 16th check into hotel, Dinner included

Day 2 - 17th. Complete Ayurveda forms, see Dr for consultation can start treatments. BF, lunch and Dinner included. Meet 430pm for opening circle.

Day 3 - 18th Morning temple visit and Homa ceremony, Ayurvedic treatments, own time, all meals included

Optional shopping trip if you would like tailored clothes and to buy fabric . Additional cost

Day 4 - 19th Optional Kalari day 1 begins depart early morning, ayurvedic treatments, all meals included. Ayuvedic Talk with Dr

Day 5 - 20th Kalari day 2, ayurvedic treatments, all meals included. afternoon yoga and meditation.

Day 6 - 21st Kalari day 3, ayurvedic treatments, all meals included, own time

Day 7 - 22nd Kalari day 4, ayurvedic treatments, all meals included, afternoon meditation

Day 8 - 23rd Kalari final day, ayurvedic treatments, all meals included, evening cooking demonstration

Day 9 - 24th Morning Siddha walk and meditate, BF included, ayurvedic treatments, all meals included,. Optional temple hop in evening additional costs, visit 3 temples.

Day 10 - 25th Morning off, ayurvedic treatments, all meals included, afternoon yoga/closing circle

Day 11 - 26th Treatments in morning and check out, airport transfer included.
