Our first Sounds on Sunday event for 2020 and we’re kicking it off with our Silent Yoga Disco class on our yoga deck! Come join our Founder Judes as she leads us through a 75 minute Spring flow into freedom movement and then into one of the most amazing places to have deep relaxation, under the open skies on the yoga deck.
We will move with our headsets on and it will be like Judes is inside your head with you! ;) A beautiful experience and joyful way to end a Sunday afternoon.
