Have you ever wanted to understand or learn more about what it is that you do in each class? Wanted to embody certain poses more? Then come join us for this scrumptious 5 hours of yoga play! This is more than a retreat, this will be an educational and interactive retreat, where we will practice, learn, grow, laugh and bliss out.

In our 5 hours together, you will take a Vinyasa class to warm the body and then we enjoy some nerd time to learn about 4-5 postures. We will break the postures down utilising energetic alignments and apply them to our practices. You will be able to experience in real time, how applying a certain pressure, engagement can completely shift and change the experience of the posture/practice for you.

We will then do a loving Breathwork (Pranayama) and meditation practice before we close with a deep space Yin yoga class with essential oils and then bathed in a vibrational sound bath. What a perfect way to end a week and go home all blissed out on a Friday night.

This is a beautiful retreat for all. From beginners, intermediates and even yoga teachers, who would like to learn more about certain posture breakdowns.

Due to Covid spacing, we only have a limited number of spaces, so book in early to not miss out.

What you will need: Bring your awesome self, your yoga mat, bolster, blanket. We will be providing light snacks and refreshment.
