Rachel Hunter, Supermodel, Mother, Author, Yoga and Meditation teacher is coming to the Gold Coast! For 3 fabulous events! She is offering a Friday evening talk and meditation, a wonderful opportunity to meet Rachel and to practice with her. On Sunday she is offering two introductory workshop on the Chakras and Meditation. These offerings are for all levels, no yoga or meditation experienced required . Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, something warm, notepad/pen and water. There will also be chairs available for those who need.

Introduction to Chakra Workshop: Sunday 22nd September 2024, 9:30am - 12:30pm. Doors open at 9am.

Introduction to Meditation Workshop: Sunday 22nd September 2024, 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Doors open at 130pm

There will be a short break in between the two workshops and we will be offering light refreshments. There is plenty of parking available and Pacific Fair shopping mall is across the road for lunch.
