Our adventure together kicks off with an immersive eight-day intensive. Friday, August 1st, and continuing through Friday, August 8th we will meet every evening in person at 8:00 PM AEST and then weekly after that. This consistent beginning is designed to help you effortlessly build a daily practice that will help you to get into a routine. Once those eight days are complete, you'll continue your personal practice each day at 8:00 PM. To keep our energy flowing and to support everyone’s progress, we'll gather for weekly group practices every Friday at 8:00 PM AEST on the following fridays:
August 15th, August 22nd, August 29th, September 5th, and for our final powerful session on September 12th.
