We had so much fun earlier this year that some of us are going back as it was so good and you are invited to come join us too! We’re headed back to Kerala, South India for another rejuvenating ayurveda retreat. A wonderful time to recharge your batteries as we begin our Spring time journey in the Southern Hemisphere. A way to enliven and rejuvenate our batteries before the summer months. Friends from the Northern Hemisphere are also welcomed to join us on the rejuvenating retreat as a way of recharging and rejuvenating your batteries before you hit the Winter months.   Come and experience the culture, Ayurvedic gourmet food, Ayuvedic treatments and the healing energy of Mother India.

We will stay at a luxurious 5-star hotel resort on the beach and enjoying all the amenities on offer including their daily Ayurvedic treatments. The Ayurvedic treatments on offer for us are: Rejuvenation, Purification Therapy and Body immunisation therapy. Our own Ayurvedic doctor, Dr Sanooj will provide you with a recommendation and create a personalised program based on what you require.
