Judes offers a personalised program that is specifically tailored to you. A 6 week deep dive with unique and heartfelt offerings to suit all beings that is availablel in person or online for those living anywhere on our gorgeous Mother Earth. All of these programs are equally powerful and they are designed to support you to live an elegant life in your own fullest potential with love, joy, compassion and deeply connected inside and out.
The 6 week Sadhana is about you! It is about using your Astrology chart to understand you , to practice and through these timeless practices, get to experience you, know you and understand who you are!. You will be incorporating Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, daily rituals, etheric gong sound baths, Integrative yoga practices from meditations, chanting, scared rituals and so much more plus a weekly 60 minute private session with me online or in person to share knowledge, to connect, go over any techniques or simply to answer any questions that have arisen during deep dive or if you prefer a practice.
I always keep these program spaces very limited and only work with a few people at a time. This is so I am able to offer more personalised attention and devote more of my time to you and to be fully present and of service to you. As much as you are investing in me, I am also investing in you. I will be working with 6 people who want to roll up their sleeves and do the work. I will hold space with you, I will share with you the tools and practices that helped me to thrive and to live a life of purpose, love and service. This is not just another 40 day practice, this is so much more than that. We are going to go on a journey of you deepening your own personal sadhana based on your own birth chart.
These programs suit all levels of practice, whether you’ve never practiced yoga or if you're a seasoned practitioner and live and embody the yogic principles in life, on and off the mat.
