Blessed and grateful!There were so many amazing experiences and moments captured to share, but the above snapshots is a quick glimpse into some magic and joy we all experienced in India. What a whirlwind these last 5 weeks have been not just for me travelling through India but also for all back here on the Gold Coast in Australia with the Cyclone. Even though I was over there, I was still connected with home during those times. It has been hard to integrate back into GC life here lol as my heart and being still wants to be over in India. The first leg of my trip arrived in Chennai and met a friend whom we had never physically met but had studied in the same cohort online last year for our Vedic Chanting Teacher training. It was like we’d known each other our whole lives and it was just so fun to travel with him and his students through the South East side of India. The temples, the rituals, the experiences! It was all phenomenal and words do not give the sacredness we all felt justice. We even circumnavigated, walked, around this temple which took us 3-4 hours and what an experience that was! The South East India trip is one I can’t wait to share with you next year! Stay tuned, we will be going there for MahaShivaratri 2026!! Then I flew to Kerala and meet the yogis for 2 weeks of Ayurveda! Now i’ve tried a few different places, I have even studies Ayurveda for 3 months then I lived in Pune, India and all I can say is the results we ALL got here was sensational! I personally have never had such amazing results from Ayurvedic treatments like this ever. Every single person was glowing and radiating. Even my menopause or Post menopause symptoms gone. I had joint pain and through the treatments gone. Previous year I had gone and treated the ganglion cyst in my wrist and that even reduced. It was even the physical, the rejuvenation, the connection, the experiences we were all eminating the deepest gratitude for it all. We were so taken care off. One of my deepest takeaways was the Ash a wondering nomadic barefoot yogi, found this small Devi Temple and the Pandit (priest) invited us to come for a Homa/Yagya (Fire Ceromony) the next day. We went and I asked if I could chant with them, he said yes. During the ceremony he said ok you chant. I said, together? He said No, you. I chanted the entire Ganapati Atharvashirsha mantra on my own and it might not mean anything to anyone, but to me I was definitely bestowed with some amazing blessings that day and I will always be forever grateful as that never happens and also a woman chanting very rarely. Needless to say we all have the best time and were all so taken care of and loved, that a group of us are going back in October for a 10 days trip during Diwali.
